Matthew contacted us on the end of July regarding his arrival to the beautiful island of Santorini with his by the time girlfriend and he had an idea, He wanted to propose to her at the private villa that he'd have rented, and needed our assistance coordinating, organizing, decorating the whole venue and booking everything for him, Which we did!
The Proposal would take place a month later somewhere in Fira. After the exchange of some emails the first thing we made sure to do is to get in touch with the hotel manager to let us in sooner so as to have time to prepare the pictures and frames, the candles, the rose pedals, the fairy lights, make sure the violinist found the perfect spot and our photographer found his hidden spot nearby as well!
Everything was ready and perfect as always, We waited until our driver brought the couple to the hotel from their sunset dinner in oia and we escorted them to their private villa, The first thing Kate saw when opening the door was pictures of them, Flowers and Candles everywhere! as they walked through the room they eventually ended at their outter private area which started from "The First Look" Picture below. The images talk for themselves!

Hi Maik! Hope you are well! Just want to say a massive thank you for everything that you did. As you well know, the night was better than we could have imagined and that’s a huge thanks to you, the organisation and communication was amazing throughout. And because Santorini was just incredible on every level, accommodation, food, beauty. And is now a very special place for us both. It is very high up our list to get married there as well and We Would love for you to help coordinate our big day in the future as honestly your work and efforts were hugely appreciated!
