Santorini Proposal Scenario with a Private Dinner package
Here's the scenario, Tell your partner that you have organized a visit or dinner to a special place, but it's a surprise. A few hours before sunset, a private transfer will pick you up from your Hotel and drive you to Fira where our Event manager will greet you, introduce themselve at the Restaurant host and escort you to the cable car station.
As you slowly glide down the cliffs in the cable car which is by the caldera and the volcano where the beautiful and warm sunset happens. Your Host will give information on the island during the brief public cable car ride. When you reach the bottom , you wil face the Old Port of Fira town . Your Host will escort you to your destination, The Aion Private Venue!
The Venue looks like a beautiful Cafe / Bar on the exterior features a magical terrace with ocean , Sunset and Volcano views. The terrace may be decorated with Candles, Rose petal, Gazebo with White curtains, a Red Rose Heart of Love, Marry Me vintage bulb letters. You can make the terrace set up as Elegant or Elaborate as you wish and add more props and services such as a Flower Bouquet, Fountain Fireworks, Photographer, Videographer and much more, ask us!
As you walk into the Venue, your private waiter will greet you and offer you to go up the stairs to the terrace! As you open the Terrace door, you’ll see the set up we’ve prepared for you and with your special song playing, it will be the time to take a deep breath and walk towards your big moment!
A proposal photographer will be already at the terrace to discreetly capture your partner's first reaction and every emotion! Your loved one will be stunned by the beautiful views and the romantic set up.
Hand by hand, lead your partner under the gazebo, or the center of the terrace, get down on one knee and propose! After the big YES, we’ll pop open the bottle of champagne for the cheers, serve you and give you a few minutes on your own to let the moment sink in and enjoy each other’s company.
The venue offers also the option to prolong your stay after your Proposal and Engagement photo session. If you decide to stay for a Romantic, candle lit dinner with your fiancé, we will set a beautiful table for just the two of you to enjoy as you gaze into each other's eyes and the sunset!
Our waiter will be at your disposal for any assistance in ordering, enjoying the evening and our photographer will be there to capture all the emotions and the amazing moments through your dinner.
After a beautiful evening, we’ll escort you through the cable and to your private transfer to your accommodation.

Champagne near the proposal area
After you pop the big question, we will open a bottle of champagne at the proposal terrace and pour it for you so you may toast to your New Beginning together and celebrate with your loved one on the romantic dinner in Santorini.
Private Waiter
Your private waiter will attend to your every need during your stay at the venue and throughout your dinner and proposal here in Santorini.
Transportation (HOTEL TO VENUE AND BACK)
A driver will be at your disposal for the transportation from your hotel to your private dinner in Santorini, and will take you back after your proposal and dinner are finished and it's time to return to your hotel. We offer a variety of luxury vehicles to meet the need of any group size. Chandeliers, etc. You set up the terrace as Elegant or Elaborate as you want and add more services such as a Flower bouquet, Fountain Fireworks, a Videographer and more. Our Private Venue / Dinner Packages include the most popular venue in Santorini:The AION Venue. It's the only waterfront venue on the island that is located at the Old Port of Fira, into the magnificent Volcanic Caldera formation, a really unique area. facing the Volcano and the famous Santorini sunset!

Instead of renting so many extra services you have the essentials right here! The Gazebo with the white curtains is a great touch to make your romantic evening cozy for you and your partner!
30 CANDLES FOR HEART SHAPE
Two things make a place warm and lovely, Flowers, Warmth & Lighting! This package offers 30 candles to shape a heart so you can propose inside or scatter around the terrace to give warmth to the spot once the sun is down!
CABLE CAR FEES
In order to get to the Old Port we use the public cable car. In a brief ride you slowly glide towards the Old Port, taking in the breath-taking views of the Volcano and the Caldera sea. The fees for you and your partner are included in the package for a smooth flow of the evening’s plan! Alternatively, a boat ride or even a Catamaran tour may be arranged at an extra fee, for a more memorable entrance!

In other Santorini Private Venues, the meals have to be catered and pre-ordered and they also come with hefty catering fees. At this location you can enjoy a Traditional Greek and Mediterranean Cuisine very accessible rates.
You may order your meals on the spot before your Photography Session and the bill is paid separately by you at the end of your evening without any extra fees added on top just because your dinner is catered!
