What all inclusive means for your wedding
Our wedding team runs our complete all inclusive packages - the venue, the photographer, the transportation and every essential service in one coordinated plan. What an all inclusive wedding package includes
The ceremony follows our symbolic wedding packages: the Premium package (€1,900 plus VAT) already holds the celebrant, our coordinator on the day, the champagne, the music, a keepsake certificate, an air-conditioned car for the two of you, one hour of photography with 60 colour-graded pictures, one hour of video edited into a short film, the ceremony table decorations, the bridal bouquet, the groom's boutonniere and a hairdresser at your hotel; the Essential (€850) and Superior (€1,600) packages are the smaller versions of the same plan. All inclusive adds the venue and the dinner on top: we quote both once we know your date, the venue you like and how many guests are coming, because every venue prices differently, and you receive one plan and one price for the whole day.
Venues and how the day runs
Four settings cover almost every wish: a private waterfront venue at the Old Port of Fira, the AION venue, for a ceremony with dinner by the water; a caldera terrace in Imerovigli or Firostefani for the volcano view; a black-sand beach at Perissa or Perivolos; or the terrace of your own hotel. The day runs the same way everywhere: hair in your suite in the afternoon, the car at the door, the ceremony in the hour before sunset, an hour of photographs while the light turns gold, then dinner at the venue, with fountain fireworks after dark if you like them. A legal wedding fits the same plan; only the paperwork starts earlier.
How far ahead should we book an all inclusive wedding?
As soon as you have your dates. The season runs from May to October and the sunset hours at the good venues go first. A symbolic ceremony can still be arranged at short notice; a civil wedding needs your documents with us one month before the date.
Can we start with a proposal and add the wedding later?
Yes, and many couples do exactly that: the proposal at sunset, the wedding the same week. One team plans both, and the photographer who hid for the proposal shoots the ceremony too.
